IRON WOMEN

The female presence in the army has experienced steady growth.
These women are some of the thousands who are part of the Spanish Armed Forces where the woman entered following a royal decree approved in 1988.
Despite this late incorporation, women currently exceed 12% of the total workforce, placing the Spanish State among the first in the West as a percentage of military women.
These women are usually perfectly integrated. Men see their comrades as “one more soldier” who, on the other hand, is what they claim.
